Luxriot LPR 1.4.1 is released

This is maintenance version. Changes (since version 1.4.0):

New features:

New command line option (/DeleteAllData) to clean database and frame archive(s).

Improvements:

Confirmation dialogs on program closing and restarting.
/FillDatabase command line option renamed to /FillWithRandomData.
File logging enhanced.
Minor visual enhancements.

Fixes:

Program may restart even if nothing was changed in Options form.
Program silently exits during configuration import from DVRClient if DVRServer is not started.
