The following Hardware requirements is when using HP4000 and COMART BOARDS ONLY:

Motherboard: Intel® 915, 945, 965 and P35, 55 family chipset is required especially for the systems with one of the supported capture boards.

Recommended motherboards: Intel® Desktop Board DP35DP DP55WG DP55WB.

CPU: LuxRiot DVR is a multi-threaded application, so using multi-core CPU is strongly recommended.

Video Adapter: A video adapter with at least 256 Mb of memory is recommended. Using 128BIT Video cards is recommended for systems streaming 24 cameras or more. Using innovative 3D-optimized video adapters doesn't increase performance, since LuxRiot DVRClient is using only 2D drawings.

HDD: Required Hard Drive space greatly depends on the frame rate, frame size, and desired number of days to store. You can calculate exact amount of disk space you need using our Storage Calculator.
